Labora, el Servei Valencià d’Ocupació i Formació, dependent de la Conselleria d’Economia Sostenible, ha posat en marxa un nou programa dirigit a entitats locals, mancomunitats, pactes territorials per l’ocupació i entitats sense ànim de lucre perquè realitzen accions d’inserció laboral per a persones desocupades de llarga durada i dones desocupades.
A través d’estes ajudes, a les persones desocupades de llarga durada i les dones desocupades que residisquen preferentment en municipis de menys de 5.000 habitants se’ls farà un diagnòstic d’ocupabilitat, així com un disseny d’un itinerari individualitzat. Així mateix, també se’ls faran tallers sobre com fer currículums, tendències d’oportunitats professionals i sessions motivacionals. Les persones participants rebran a més una beca per l’assistència i ajudes en concepte de transport i conciliació.
La Conselleria d’Economia Sostenible, a través de Labora, ha apostat per este projecte per a donar impuls a l’orientació laboral i fer costat a les persones que més dificultats tenen per a trobar un treball oferint-los tècniques d’ocupabilitat ajustades a les seues necessitats.
Aquesta iniciativa de Labora comptarà amb el finançament de la Unió Europea a través dels fons extraordinaris del Mecanisme de Recuperació i Resiliència que s’han dissenyat per a ajudar a pal·liar els efectes de la pandèmia COVID-19.
